The solution
Campaign-stage controls change what the audience can do as the event progresses. Nominees, categories, free votes and voting power are connected to administrative roles and review records. The showcase runs the original vote flow with a sample voter and sample nominees; its results never affect a live competition.

Efficient infrastructure
Static public/admin interfaces call a shared PHP API backed by relational tables. It can run on PHP/MySQL shared hosting without a dedicated frontend server. The demo uses a SQLite compatibility adapter and isolated visitor databases. OTP, external sign-in and payment delivery are disconnected here; no capacity or performance figures are claimed.
